Growth & Leadership Internship Program

The Women Speak Up Growth & Leadership Internship Program is a mission-driven, professional development experience designed to prepare emerging leaders for real-world impact.

Interns work directly with our leadership team to support advocacy initiatives, digital campaigns, community programming, and organizational operations. This program emphasizes accountability, growth, leadership development, and meaningful contribution.

Program Commitment

This internship requires a minimum commitment of 18 hours per week. Interns are expected to actively participate, meet deadlines, attend required meetings, and maintain consistent communication throughout the program.

Leadership Development

Interns develop leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills through hands-on work, mentorship, and responsibility within real projects.

Professional Experience

This is not an observational role. Interns are trusted with meaningful responsibilities that directly support Women Speak Up initiatives and community impact.
