Despite its benefits, AI also presents challenges. According to the International Labour Organization, women are more likely than men to work in occupations that include tasks AI can automate. Additionally, according to pwc, it is statistically shown that AI is more likely to impact job losses for women. Closing this gap requires equal access to education, mentorship, and professional development. By investing in AI training today, employers and educators can help ensure women are prepared for the future of work. Women will become more confident in their own skin at work, while also developing their critical thinking skills and creating human connections.
